Business Development Manager – Automotive Spare Parts (SAPDs)
Location: North East Germany

We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager with proven experience in the automotive spare parts distribution (SAPD) sector. This role is ideal for a proactive, results-driven professional who thrives in hunting new business and expanding market share in a competitive landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

 

Identify, approach, and acquire new B2B customers in the assigned region. Build and manage a strong sales pipeline with a clear focus on revenue growth. Conduct regular client visits across the region (travel flexibility required. Negotiate pricing and contract terms in line with company objective.
Collaborate with internal departments (logistics, technical, aftersales) to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

 

Proficiency in German (minimum C-level) and strong English communication skills 
Several years of experience in SAPD or related automotive aftermarket sectors
Located in the region or willing and able to travel extensively
A natural “hunter” sales approach with strong networking and negotiation skills
Self-driven, with a structured and independent work ethic
