Sales Rep (In-Home)
Mon - Fri, 8A - 5:30 PM with nights/weekends as required to meet customers
Pay Rate: Base to Commission depending on experience

Primary responsibilities include consulting homeowners on their heating, cooling, and indoor air quality needs, with support available for setting appointments and closing sales.

Requirements: 

Excellent communication skills Strong negotiation abilities Knowledge of services for home - i.e. heating & air conditioning preferred but could be windows, roofing, siding Knowledge of HVAC systems is preferred  Customer relationship management Must live in the Yankton area and be active in the community
