About the role: 

This position supports TQL’s operations by completing, reporting on and improving TQL’s professionalism, accounting and load management audits. This position reviews employee communications and system interactions to ensure they comply with all applicable TQL policies and procedures. What you’ll be doing: 

Reviewing and completing TQL compliance and professionalism auditsDocumenting audit findings in TQL’s proprietary compliance tracking systemCreating employee/manager presentations on audit/compliance findings, including required actions for improvement, relevant employee history and the severity/impact of the eventCreating TQL leadership facing reporting on audit and compliance trend analyticsProviding organizational support to projects such as preparing agendas, presentations and reports as well as coordinating meetings and maintaining records

What you need:

At least 1 year of auditing experience preferredAt least 1 year of previous experience in sales/fast-paced work environment preferredStrong proficiency with Microsoft Excel requiredStrong analytical, problem solving and critical thinking skillsAbility to maintain confidential informationExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work independently under minimal supervisionAbility to handle multiple projects and tasks at one time, effectively manage time constraints, set priorities and meet deadlines
