The tasks will include building relationships with key customers, implementing activities to support brand recognition, and ensuring proper product display and visibility. The person will also analyse market trends, monitor competitors' activities, and work with internal teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
What You Can Expect
● Achieving sales, distribution, and display targets in the off-trade channel (retail stores, supermarkets, hypermarkets, cash & carry, etc.).
● Establishing and maintaining relationships with key customers, including managers and decision-makers at points of sale.
● Implementing and coordinating promotional activities aimed at increasing product visibility and turnover.
● Visiting points of sale to ensure adequate stocking and product display following guidelines.
● Cooperating with marketing and sales departments in implementing activities to support brand presence.
● Monitoring the market and competitors' activities and identifying sales opportunities.
● Preparing sales reports and analysing data for effectiveness.
● Participating in the development of local sales initiatives and supporting field implementation.
● Analysing sales data and preparing recommendations to support the achievement of business objectives.
What You Bring To The Table
● Experience in sales, particularly in the off-trade channel or FMCG sector, would be welcome but is not required. Motivation and a desire to develop are more valuable.
● Willingness to learn and apply key sales principles and strategies, particularly in the off-trade channel.
● Motivation to achieve goals, build customer relationships, and support business development.
● Interpersonal and communication skills; confidence in dealing with customers will be an additional advantage.
● Knowledge of MS Office, CRM software, and market analysis tools.
● Curiosity and a proactive attitude towards problem solving and analysing customer needs.
● Good time management and ability to work in a dynamic environment.
Communicative English.
● Driver's license (category B) and willingness to travel on business.
