**Meaningful Work From Day One**
Responsible for achieving sales and distribution targets within an assigned off-trade territory. This includes building relationships with key customers, executing brand-building activities, and ensuring effective product placement and visibility. This person will also analyze market trends, monitor competitor activities, and collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
**What You Can Expect**
● Achieve sales, distribution, and visibility targets within assigned off-trade channels.
● Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including store managers and decision-makers.
● Implement and evaluate promotional activities to drive brand visibility and product placement.
● Conduct regular store visits to ensure optimal stock levels, effective merchandising, and strong brand presence.
● Collaborate with internal teams to execute category strategies and marketing initiatives.
● Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify opportunities and challenges.
● Provide timely reporting and analysis on sales performance and key metrics.
● Conduct in-depth market analysis and identify growth opportunities within the off-trade channel.
● Develop and implement targeted sales strategies to increase market share and brand penetration.
● Provide training and guidance to junior sales team members or distributor representatives.
● Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and execute effective promotional campaigns.
● Analyze sales data and provide insights to management to inform decision-making.
**What You Bring to the Table**
●Initial experience in sales is welcome, particularly in the off-trade or FMCG sector, but not required. We value motivation and willingness to grow in the role.
●Willingness to learn and apply key sales principles and strategies, particularly within the off-trade channel.
●Motivation to meet targets, develop strong customer relationships, and contribute to business growth.
●Strong interpersonal and communication skills; confidence in client interactions is a plus.
●Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM software, and market analysis tools.
●Curiosity and a proactive mindset when it comes to problem-solving and analysing customer needs.
●Good time management skills and ability to stay organised in a dynamic work environment.
●Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
