About Job CTC Undisclosed Job Location Mumbai Experience 3 - 6 yrs Description Principal Duties/Responsibilities Creation and management of project/BAU work plans as required related to CRM Projects, working with Line Manager Support to Line Manager on all associated workflow from the deployment or BAU activity for Microsoft Dynamics 365 or other related CRM systems Manage specific workstreams from CRM Projects to support both deployment and BAU CRM activities for the business Supervise different tasks in the process of project completion Co-ordinate with stakeholders on various tasks via conference calls / emails Report status/tracking of live tasks to relevant Stakeholders / Line Manager based on frequency required Proactively call out queries / doubts with the right parties involved Identify gaps in the CRM processes and highlight it to the Stakeholders / Line Manager Support management of all Project Backlog Items Support the production of Global training materials for specific sales tools within WTW Suggest various corrective and preventive, strategic and tactical actions to improve the health, relevance and accuracy of data Attend Champion Calls to support Line Manager in identification of any new requirements Support management of content on Dynamics CRM Champions Teams Site Support production of enhancement documents for CRM releases Monitoring, updating and reporting on project/BAU work plan progress Ensure timely completion of tasks with accuracy of the data as per instructions and business needs Provide ideas and suggestions in improving processes and support the documenting of new procedures Additional responsibilities/support as required by the business/Line Manager Qualifications Ideal: Must have a bachelors degree or sufficient local level qualifications to support suitability for the role Skills Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales Support functions with roles having direct exposure to different technical tools and system governance Working knowledge of web-based technology solutions such as Salesforce, MS Dynamics, or other relevant tools used in Sales Lifecycle required Ability to prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines Ability to work independently and on multiple tasks simultaneously Effective and clear communication skills in English, both verbal and written Strong attention to detail Innovative approach to problem solving Knowledge Knowledge of MS Office suite Knowledge on Microsoft Dynamics CRM or another CRM system will be a distinct advantage Knowledge on data management will be added advantage Good awareness of Microsoft Teams will be a distinct advantage to support project management Build and management of SharePoint/Intranet sites Microsoft Power BI building skills will be a distinct advantage Previous use of LinkedIn Sales Navigator would be an advantage Understanding of the Insurance industry whilst not a must but good to have Competencies Strong communication skills Problem solving skills Team orientated Good Time management skills ability to work to tight deadlines Proactive approach to work Confidence to engage with the end customer both verbally and written to deal with queries
