Sales Project Administrator

D.R. Horton, Inc. is currently looking for anSales Project Administratorin the Sales Marketing Department. The right candidate will support sales and marketing teams by creating, entering, and maintaining listings for homes into the Multiple Listing Service (MLS). Additional tasks may include organizing supplies, creating reports, and back up to Sales Administrators.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Consolidate and gather backlog notes from sales agents on a weekly basis and enter into report for weekly pipeline meeting. Attend weekly pipeline meeting and take notes regarding the same as directed by sales management. Update and distribute notes from the meeting to the agents and other parties as needed following weekly pipeline meeting. Follow up with agents and other parties during the week regarding backlog and pipeline related issues to facilitate needed tasks such as change orders.Provide detailed updates on any home to sell or close contingencies in backlog. Facilitate discussions as needed from outside lenders relative to backlog and provide updates in pipeline meeting regarding the same.Assist sales management in review of loan qualification and tracking.Assist in gathering information regarding contracts in process, examples include but are not limited to proof of funds, preapproval letters, etc. Coordinate with area sales and construction managers regarding dates or other relevant backlog items for homeowner walks, etc.Provide support to the sales team by facilitating any sales manager directed tasks including but not limited to delivery of supplies.Collaborate with Marketing Department to help support Sales Marketing related initiatives including but not limited to social media and print campaigns, home sales, staging, model needs, grand openings.Coordinate with home stagers regarding model staging timelines and vignette staging for subdivisions.Coordinate photography and video tours of staged inventory as needed.Assist with event scheduling for communities, broker offices, division events, etc. Assist closing department with any closing related needs that involve the sales team. Assist in monthly sales meeting as directed by sales management. Update OSC Cheat Sheets or other OSC related content as directed by Sales Management. Pull and facilitate any reports as requested by Sales Management.Conducts all business in a professional and ethical manner to serve customers and increase the goodwill and profit of the company.

Education and/or Experience

Associate degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school Two to four years related experience and /or training Obtain and keep active, Real Estate License as needed by the division or determined by state requirements Must have a vehicle, a valid driver’s license Ability to work well within a team Ability to focus under pressure and comfortable meeting tight deadlines with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail Ability to multi-task Strong organizational skills Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written oral form or via DRH applications Proficiency with MS Office and email

Preferred Qualifications

Prior working knowledge of the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) is a plus JD Edwards experience Knowledge of real estate sales and transactions helpful
