Reporting to the Sales Director, the Sales Program Manager supports the growth of Google Cloud Products (GGP) by driving programs and operational processes for the Sales team — a critical link between Marketing and Sales. The role focuses on delivering exceptional prospect experiences, maximizing revenue, and supporting a high-growth business through program management and performance analysis of inbound and outbound demand-generation initiatives across cloud products and services.In this role, you will be on the front line, supporting a large team of Sales Development Representatives across APAC. You’ll play a key role in shaping the overall demand generation strategy and managing vendor execution. This includes converting marketing-generated demand into qualified sales opportunities and influencing the growth engine of Google Cloud in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Successful candidates will be skilled at identifying business drivers and customer needs the team can address. The core focus is to build a strong pipeline of new prospects to support the continued growth of Google Cloud. Responsibilities
Program & Project Management:
Drive strategic regional and global projects in a fast-paced environment.Manage timelines and communication with cross-functional stakeholders.Anticipate risks and bottlenecks to manage program prioritization, balancing business needs versus technical constraints. Maintain documentation and enforce process standards.Data Analysis & Reporting:
Develop, maintain and analyze funnel metrics (inbound/outbound) and performance trends to identify opportunities to improve program performance.Build dashboards, deliver insights, and support forecast meetings.Stakeholder Engagement:
Collaborate closely with regional sales leaders, marketing teams, and vendor delivery partners.Present business performance and improvement strategies.Competencies
Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, business development, or program management (ideally in SaaS/PaaS/IaaS).Strong analytical and stakeholder communication skills.Experience managing vendors, projects, or regional sales operations.Familiarity with Salesforce, Google Cloud products, and dashboard tools.Excellent command of both English language; Chinese language proficiency will be a plus.Other Information
