We have an opportunity to join our global sales team at an exciting time, as we embark on the next phase of our growth journey. You will play a key role in developing the future as we continue to grow our low pressure Co2 and high-pressure water mist brand under Siemens ownership for the After Sales Maritime BusinessWithin this strategic role, you will be responsible for developing the Maritime After Sales business. You will work with our Sales Team, Ship Yards and Ship Owners, to grow our Maritime After Sales Business.
You will be part of the Siemens Smart Infrastructure Buildings Maritime business in our Global suppression / Extinguishing unit.
Job ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following:• Grow and maintain a pipeline of projects with our customers all over Europe.• Extent the Customer Base• Create Frame Contracts• Use our CRM system to manage the pipeline• Regularly report sales figures for both revenue and order intake• Identify and attend exhibitions and seminars to grow our presence and create demand.• Cooperate with the new build team to setup a After Sales Strategy• Keep well informed of the global and local water mist and LP CO2 standards for Maritime systems. • Travel is expected as part of this role
The ideal candidate possesses these skills: • Experience in sales within the fire protection industry, specifically with water mist and LPCO2• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Other Languages of benefit• You must be able to meet deadlines with a high level of accuracy of work. • You will be comfortable and experienced with Microsoft Office programs. • Great interpersonal skills and an enthusiastic team player.• Global mindset and the ability to grow with our business.
