Your Key Responsibilities Carry out all sales activities to achieve defined commercial objectives for an assigned market segment (territory, sector, defined customers or product line). Contribute to the budget planning process and plan own revenues and customer prospects for the assigned market segment. Understand product strategy and consult clients on product applications and variances. Analyze market trends and report on technologies, customers, and competitors. Develop customer relationships and establish acquisition and negotiation boundaries with VLS. Align with cross-functional teams and contribute to budget planning. Prepare, conduct, and close negotiations on product, quantities, and pricing. Monitor and report sales performance metrics for improvement.

予算、売り上げ管理。自動車メーカー及び自動車部品メーカーへの営業活動 見積り準備、作成、および価格改定等の管理
【新規物件の受注活動】 担当顧客軸に社内プロセス及び顧客対応 顧客及び社内関係部署(海外含む)との価格、納期等の折衝 弊社の開発技術者と同行し、顧客にアプリケーションの提案・打合せ ドイツ本社、他Regionとの戦略作成、実行
 【受注・量産開始後】 量産納入立上げまでの諸準備(書類・試作納入スケジューリング等) Your Qualifications

University graduate 
Sales, R&D or purchasing experience in the automotive industry (especially for Honda).  
Ability to communicate and negotiate with customers and internal parties both in Japanese and English.  
Ability to plan and execute sales activities by own initiatives.   
Act fully in accordance with company rules, guidelines and processes.  
Native level Japanese.  
Intermediate level English or above (TOEIC score 650 or above as a general guideline) and willingness to improve further.  

<Better to have>
Experience working for a foreign company / in a matrix organization.  
Experience in an automotive parts manufacturer 
Market trend analysis and presentation skills 
Experience in budget and sales management
Awareness and ability to improve operational efficiency 
Advanced level of English (TOEIC score 800 or above)
