Sales Product Solutions Manager - Healthcare Payments - Vice President

As a Product Solutions Manager in the Product Solution Specialist (PSS) team , you are an integral part of a team that defines and configures complex solutions for key client relationships and prospect opportunities in partnership sales. You are responsible for acting as the voice of the customer by understanding their needs and communicating feedback to the Product teams. You will play a crucial role coordinating with coverage teams, including the banker and treasury management officer. In addition you will be prospecting clients, preparing client presentations, and facilitating onboarding documentation for some of our largest and most prestigious customers.
**Job responsibilities**
+ Leads solutioning and the adoption of existing and upcoming client-facing products and capabilities while defining and configuring optimal solutions that address clients' needs and objectives
+ Serves as a subject matter expert on a defined set of products and capabilities with a deep understanding of our clients' needs and current industry trends
+ Supports Sales in pricing, pipeline planning, account planning, and upskilling the team on product knowledge by collaborating on training and collateral materials
+ Engages with client teams to better understand pain points and refine solutions while regularly communicating critical client feedback to Product teams to inform the strategic product roadmap
+ Interface and partner with JP Morgan Bankers and Treasury Management Officers to stay connected on prospect relationships across our lines of business.
+ Develop strategic relationships with operational and executive staff within assigned prospect accounts to ensure effective coverage.
+ Lead Business Development activities to achieve the annual revenue plan, including preparing Strategic Business Reviews and creating and preparing client presentations.
+ Manage client onboarding including preparing, delivering, and processing onboarding project plans, customer terms and conditions, order forms, and additional contract items.
+ Ensure good Salesforce hygiene related to customer account information and sales opportunities and pipeline. Demonstrate a thorough understanding of InstaMed solutions, products, and processes. Document all activities in Salesforce relevant to the position, in an accurate and in a timely manner.
+ Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities that can enhance product offerings and customer satisfaction.
+ Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of competitor products and market positioning to inform strategic decision-making.
**Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills**
+ 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in problem-solving across multiple teams and a cluster of products
+ Extensive experience working in a sales cycle and engaging with clients on a regular basis
+ Experience modifying preconfigured solutions to meet complex problems
+ Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed and complex organization
+ 5+ years of professional work experience in a business development role.
+ Display excellent people skills and ability to build relationships with team members and cross-functional departments.
+ Demonstrates sound judgment in setting expectations and managing sensitive situations.
+ Ability to influence without direct authority.
+ Displays strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
+ Exhibits ability to be detail-oriented and comfortable with researching and following written instructions to ensure necessary operational tasks associated with this role are completed timely and accurately.
+ Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning.
