About This Job The main purpose of this role is to support Commercial Segment sales teams in generating new business through the creation of high-quality, customer-facing Business-to-Business (B2B) presentations for large scale opportunities. Essential Functions + Develop visually engaging B2B sales presentations through Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office, with particular emphasis on Microsoft PowerPoint + Collaborate with sales, marketing, and subject matter experts to gather relevant information and insights to create tailored and impactful materials to win and retain business + Create/edit Relationship Review, Payment Cycle Review and Business Review presentations ensuring accuracy, brand positioning, formatting and style + Maintain the latest templates and content on the Relationship Review SharePoint site to ensure easily accessible self-service options for smaller scale opportunities + Perform other duties as assigned Knowledge, Skills & Abilities + Knowledge of the proposals management, marketing or communications field; including best practice and industry trends for sales presentation content + Intermediate knowledge of graphic design practices + Ability to generate unique and innovative ideas, develop new concepts, designs and visual solutions that capture the attention of target audiences + Strong attention to detail, with the ability to ensure that every aspect of presentation materials is polished and professional + Motivated and organized self-starter with the ability to manage multiple priorities with limited oversight + Inquisitive, agile and strong team player with excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills + Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and build effective working relationships + Ability to remain adaptable and resilient to all situations with an optimistic outlook and cast a positive shadow that is aligned with our culture and Core Values + Intermediate level proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Teams and Outlook Education & Experience + Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, marketing, public relations, business administration or equivalent combination of education and experience required + 2+ years experience in graphic design, marketing or proposal creation experience required + 1+ years financial services industry experience with an emphasis in payment systems or commercial banking preferred + Commerce commercial products experience/knowledge preferred + Adobe Creative Suite software, Salesforce.com or other CRM experience preferred. **Hybrid Schedule: In office 3 days per week ***For individuals applying, assigned and/or hired to work in areas with pay transparency requirements, Commerce is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for some roles.
