With our incredible plans for the future of mobility, we have a wide variety of opportunities for you to accelerate your career and help us define tomorrow’s transportation. **_What will be your roles and responsibilities in the team?_** **_Supporting the implementation of the Hungarian NSC and EDM strategy through effective sales planning, order-to-delivery (orderbank and distribution) processes, and comprehensive reporting._** + _Monthly sales planning, production, and logistics newsletter preparation and distribution_ + _Supporting sales planning and assisting sales teams_ + _Orderbank control: creation, cancellation, modification_ + _MY change and prioritization management, holds/releases_ + _Dealer and cross-market tagging coordination_ + _Liaison with European Direct Markets and HU National Sales Company sales managers_ + _Database/report/query/table management_ + _Coordination with production and market contacts for vehicle scheduling_ + _Collaboration with local Brand Team to resolve failed/infeasible orders_ + _Managing vehicle pipeline from order to delivery (Hungary, Nordic EDM, Cental Eastern Europe)_ + _Interface with HU dealers, EDM importers, EU/Turkey customs, FVL Ops_ + _Cooperation with Ford of Europe Order Fulfilment, Scheduling, Plants, Sales, Product Teams_ + _Participation in VISTA retail reporting updates_ + _Handling logistics/customs docs (T1, EUR1, EX)_ + _Preparing and distributing EDM DH&D cost summaries for PFM and importers_ + _Daily Orderbank reporting (HU & EDM), regular reporting to Sales, Fleet, Finance, FoE_ + _Monthly reporting to Finance Ops, Variable Marketing Finance_ + _Reporting to Ford Credit, ESO on performance, volumes, market share, and activities_ + _On-the-job training and shadowing_ **_Are we looking for you?
