Sales Order Admin
JSG is hiring a Customer Service Rep / Sales Order Admin to be part of the Sales Department for our client in Cypress, CA.

Pay rate: $20-$23 DOE 

Job Responsibilities Perform new order entry into ABAS ERP system including change orders Perform sales order / contract reviews Excellent analytical and mathematical skills Excellent hands-on and time-management skills Excellent customer service skills, including the ability to listen and have sympathy for customer requests Excellent oral and written communications skills Strong working knowledge of MS Office Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus Self-motivated and energetic Perform order cross checks Review and update quality clauses to newest revisions Update program milestone charts Maintain required information on customer portals Provide customer order status Run open order report and expedite orders as requested by customers Update supplier rating report Update price sheets as needed Support activities as required of the quality management system Takes initiative to improve the customer service process efficiency and effectiveness Maintains knowledge of company products #D800
