ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Content partnership maintenance & development

•  Serve as a trusted advisor to law firm and corporate legal clients on the use of our legal solutions

•  Own client onboarding processes, ensuring smooth adoption and implementation of solutions

•  Provide product training, best practice guidance, and support to increase product usage

•  Partner with the sales team to understand client needs and participate in client meetings as a legal subject-matter expert

•  Deliver product demonstrations and consult on how our tools solve specific legal workflow problems

•  Track customer satisfaction and usage to identify expansion and renewal opportunities

•  Conduct regular business reviews with clients to ensure ROI and long-term success

•  Collaborate with product, sales, and marketing teams to provide feedback and influence roadmap

Requirements& Competencies:

•   JD, LLM, LLB or equivalent degree preferred.

•   2+ years of experience in a legal role (e.g., law firm, in-house counsel) or legal tech industry

•   Relevant experience in customer success preferred.

•   Understanding of legal industry in China

•   Understanding of industry and commercial priorities

•   Ability to identify, research and commission new products or a demonstrated desire to develop these skills and evidence of aptitude.

•   Ability to manage a large and demanding workload and adhere to deadlines.

•   Ability to track and report on progress in an organized manner.

•   Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills, comfort working with colleagues at all levels.

•   Ability to network internally and externally to develop productive professional relationships.

•   Adaptability and continuous improvement.

•   Excellent communication, organization and problem-solving skills.

•   Demonstrated legal research skills.

•   Language skills: native Chinese essential; fluent English preferred.
