Sales Ops Program Mgr
**Job Summary** As a Rhythm of the Business Specialist, you play a key role in the Go To Market Business Operations team supporting the Revenue Operations organization. This role sits at the heart of the GTM Business Operations team, managing the Operating Model for the Sales Organization. As a key member of the team, you will manage multiple SharePoint Sites and the overall Operating Model Calendar as well as supporting key projects within the organization. You will partner with many cross-functional teams such as finance, sales, and revenue operations teams. This is a high impact role, with quickly changing priorities and demands. **Job Requirements** · Be at the center of the Go To Market Business Operations organization, helping to drive the organizations key priorities · Maintain the team SharePoints, Teams channels, organizational calendars and data repositories · Manage a monthly sales newsletter, working with the team SME’s to deliver content · Manage the enhancement roadmap for the sales forecast tool · Proactively manage the Quarterly Business Review action items, working with the teams to drive the actions to closure during the quarter · Manage the team directory, keeping our meetings and teams channels compliant with personnel changes · Ad hoc projects as needed to support all the key functions within GTM Business operations **Education** · Bachelor’s degree and a Minimum of 5 years of related experience · Self-starter and high degree of motivation to go above and beyond the task at hand · Ability to function well in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with competing priorities · Ability to work with minimal supervision, particularly when tasks are unstructured and can multi-task and prioritize work · Strong Microsoft Office skills including SharePoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams and PowerPoint, Tableau experience a plus · Excellent interpersonal communication 130802 At NetApp, we embrace a hybrid working environment designed to strengthen connection, collaboration, and culture for all employees.
