Purpose and Objective:
SAP America, Inc. seeks a Sales Ops Process Mgt. Specialist at our Alpharetta, GA location to focus on the successful creation, deployment, and execution of sales supporting processes, tools, and services, within all Global Customer Organization sectors such as License, Services, and Education Sales, by ensuring synergy with HR and Finance departments.
Expectations and Tasks:
Act as a core driver of simplification by defining and deploying standards. Create efficient processes, repeatable practices, and supporting assets towards smoother end-to-end execution in the field. Coordinate business requirements and support key deliverables for core processes including touch points to other processes or practices and measures of success. Develop the specific skills in order to design best-in-class global practices and standards based on feedback, existing best practice, and relevance. Participate in the creation of supporting assets and training materials. Collaborate closely with the Business Partners and take actions to support deployment, adoption, and enablement. Enable reach by executing through the appropriate deployment and enablement channels. Track process adoption and progress. Support hands-on through virtual enablement and direct engagement. Engage with Business Partners to help execute practice or process incubation. Consolidate feedback and contribute suggestions for respective enhancement, simplification, and next steps to be taken. Assist with particular operations projects and carry out defined practices. Support Center of Expertise (CoE) projects and its inter-CoE related efforts including but not limited to: process and practice documentation, execution support, creation of communication, and maintenance of jam sites or the implementation of specific practices. Monitor and maintain relevant KPIs to evaluate process, practice, and tool adoption and impact. Identify gaps and risks for an effective execution. Understand the stakeholders and enable a one-team approach for greater transparency and impact, creating awareness of beneficial process standards. Closely collaborate with HR, Finance, and Marketing depending on the specific process focus.
Education and Occupational Experience:
Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Data Analytics, Data Statistics, or a related field of study and two (2) years of experience in the job offered or related occupation. Alternatively, a Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Data Analytics, Data Statistics, or a related field of study.
Qualifications/Skills and Competencies Experience:
Prior experience, internship or academic coursework must include each of the following:
+ PowerBI dashboard creation;
+ Statistical data modeling;
+ Python code creation;
+ PowerBI and Tableau;
+ SAP sales process workflow and sales methodology;
+ Excel including formula creation, power queries, pivot tables, and calculated fields; and
+ Database relationship mapping.

**Compensation Range Transparency** : The annual base salary range for this position is $109,429 - $121,140. SAP believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAP’s commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is $109,429 - $134,600. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
