SALES OPS ANALYST II At TE, you will unleash your potential working with people from diverse backgrounds and industries to create a safer, sustainable and more connected world. **Job Overview** TE Connectivity's Sales & Marketing Support Teams assist with implementing sales/marketing initiatives by providing technical and/or product information support (i.e., data analysis, tracking, etc.). They are also responsible for planning and coordinating promotional programs and other communications initiatives. **What your background should look like:** The Sales Operation Specialist position is responsible for all data and sales process management associated with sales, finance, Supply Chain, Channel of Industrial Greater China and South Asia Region. This position is the key contact for BU Sales Reporting and Data management Key Tasks: • Own Sales Data management and Reporting: Booking & Billing, Pipeline & Conversion, AFG, Channel POS • Support Business management Cadence and Data preparation: Weekly Billing Call, Quarterly Forecast, Budget Planning, business meeting support • Support Growth Drivers data analysis and monthly dashboard • Own the Salesforce.com (SFDC) maintenance and drive the continuous improvement: Team Performance dashboard, SIP Setting, Sales / Customer Coding Assignment • Cross-Functional Collaboration: coordinate with supply chain teams to manage inventory levels, lead times and delivery commitments.
