Job Summary
As a Sales Operations Systems Analyst, Pricing, you will be instrumental in optimizing our pricing platforms. You will support, enhance, and ensure the effective use of tools such as CPQ, Quoting, Price List Management, and Price Optimization, ensuring seamless integration with ERP and CRM systems. Your expertise will drive pricing precision, efficiency, and data consistency within the roofing manufacturing industry. This role is based at our Corporate location in Parsippany, NJ.

Essential Duties

Pricing Platform Management:
• Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and provide daily support for pricing platforms (CPQ, Price List Management, Deal Guide, and Quoting tools).
• Analyze usage patterns, pricing behaviors, and system impact to inform improvements.Process Optimization & Feature Development:
• Collaborate with Sales Operations, Pricing, Finance, and other stakeholders to expand adoption of advanced capabilities across the pricing suite.
• Identify and implement opportunities to streamline quoting workflows, enhance margin analysis, and automate manual processes.Integration & Data Integrity:
• Maintain the integrity of pricing data across ERP and Salesforce platforms by analyzing data flow, validating mapping, and coordinating with cross-functional teams.
• Ensure consistent application of pricing logic, terms, and discounts.Vendor & Project Coordination:
• Support vendor relationships, including logging support tickets, validating fixes, and tracking enhancements.
• Facilitate testing and communication between internal teams and vendor support.
• Manage the end-to-end delivery of projects and programs for the Sales Operations Technology team, collaborating with cross-functional teams.Documentation & Training:
• Document business processes, system configuration, integration points, and pricing rules.
• Maintain user guides and help materials for end-users, ensuring clarity and consistency.
• Provide product, application, process, and end-user support, including training expertise.Reporting & Insights:
• Create and maintain reports and dashboards to monitor pricing effectiveness, quoting velocity, and system adoption.
• Generate data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making.Cross-Functional Collaboration & Improvement:
• Work across teams to align pricing system capabilities with business needs, acting as a liaison between business users and technical teams.
• Identify functionality gaps and continuous improvement opportunities, developing action plans, user stories, and project justifications.
• Conduct customer research (surveys, product analytics, market research, interviews) to gain insight into the "voice of the customer" and utilize these insights for solution prioritization and delivery.
• Create, maintain, and review business process models, data flows, prototypes, business requirements, use cases, and test cases.
• Collaborate with stakeholders on dynamic prioritization decisions based on analytics and feedback.
• Define, track, and communicate key product performance indicators.
• Communicate changes, enhancements, and modifications of business requirements to stakeholders.
• Review and resolve service/improvement requests, clarifying objectives and contributing to feasibility studies.


Qualifications Required

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Sales Operations, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field3+ years of experience in pricing, sales operations, business systems, or quoting support roles. CPQ, Zilliant or Pros experience a plus.3+ years experience analyzing, elaborating, and documenting user and stakeholder requirements.


Qualifications Preferred

Prior experience supporting enterprise pricing tools integrated with ERP and CRM systems.Experience in systems analysis, business analysis, process analysis, or project management.Experience implementing, supporting, and managing business processes and systems.Familiarity with Salesforce and SAP environments (strongly preferred).Pricing and/or CRM certifications (a plus).Previous Sales Operation, Sales, or Manufacturing experience (a plus).Hands-on experience with pricing systems and enterprise pricing platforms.Familiarity with integrating third-party solutions or vendor tools to ERP (SAP preferred) and CRM (Salesforce) systems.Understanding of B2B pricing concepts (price waterfalls, segmentation, discounting structures, margin analysis).Strong analytical skills to evaluate complex data and translate it into actionable insights.Experience identifying process improvement opportunities within pricing and quoting workflows with business users.Comfort with system documentation, configuration logic, and process diagrams.Proficiency in Excel and reporting/visualization tools.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to support end-users and clearly document technical processes.Highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of prioritizing multiple tasks and requests.A collaborative team player with a proactive mindset and a desire for continuous improvement.Proven experience in requirements gathering, process mapping, and solution design.Adaptability to changing business requirements and proactive communication and management of change.

Base salary and/or rate of pay ranges listed are exclusive of fringe benefits and potential bonuses. Individual compensation offers will be determined based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to geographic location, relevant candidate experience and skill, education, and/or qualifications.

Total Cash Compensation Range: $72,000-$99,000 (inclusive of base salary and an annualized commission target).
