Responsibilities Sales Support Associate Analyst Location: Mexico City Modality: Hybrid Your Impact As a Sales Support Associate Analyst, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth execution of critical commercial operations within the Sales Commercial Americas team. This role offers valuable exposure to cross-functional business processes and systems, while supporting internal operations during high-impact periods. The Opportunity This position is an excellent opportunity to develop operational and commercial knowledge while contributing to the success of regional sales teams. You’ll be involved in a variety of tasks that keep our processes running efficiently, and you’ll collaborate with multiple stakeholders across teams and systems. Key Responsibilities Process invoices related to parts and equipment. Support the purchasing and procurement of equipment. Create, distribute, and process internal surveys. Validate data accuracy across different internal systems. Update and maintain team playbooks and documentation. Collaborate with internal teams to solve cross-system issues. Note: as this is a support position the activities may vary depending on operational needs. Qualifications Who Are We Looking For? Requirements: Fluent in English, both written and spoken. Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Ability to quickly learn and adapt to multiple internal systems. Curious, proactive, and detail oriented. Nice to Have (Not Required): Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform tools (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages).
