Business Consulting Senior Manager
Provides direct supervision to a large team of operational, production, sales, service or administrative team members, or a small staff of professional-level team members. • Work is guided by operational and project objectives. • Sets and communicates clear expectations for work outcomes and manages performance.
Contributes to budget forecasting and planning. • Acts as senior on-site/ virtual advisor to client and internal employees. • Determines staff assignments, provides training and management development. • Identifies skill gaps with current team and develops plans to address those deficiencies to develop NTT DATA future capabilities. • Initiates new or revised procedures, programs and initiatives. • May influence and /or participate in the development of broad (organization-wide) initiatives. • Assumes a key role in defining the scope of projects, understanding a client’s issues / problems, and conceiving client deliverables. • Takes lead position in initiating client relationships, determining project scope, developing final proposals, and making executive presentations.
Includes 1-3 years managerial/leadership experience.
