Kforce has a client that is seeking a Sales Operations Specialist IV in Atlanta, GA.
Role Responsibilities:
Strategic Curriculum Design & Development:
* Lead the architectural design and development of a cohesive, multi-modal enablement curriculum that supports the adoption of a unified sales methodology
* Integrate reinforcement assets and learning pathways to ensure sustained knowledge and skill application across various sales roles and experience levels
* Tailor curriculum frameworks to align with the specific nuances of different sales motions (e.g., high-velocity, sell-through, high-value platform selling)
* Incorporate practical knowledge of leading sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDPICC, Challenger, Value Selling, SPIN, Command of the Message) to create relevant and actionable content
* Utilize enablement best practices and innovative approaches to create engaging and effective learning experiences for both sellers and sales leaders
Cross-Functional Coordination & Change Management:
* Influence and build consensus among sales leaders and senior executives with diverse needs on the vision and benefits of the unified sales methodology
* Develop clear and concise communication strategies to drive alignment and understanding across various cross-functional teams
* Orchestrate the phased rollout of the new methodology across different regions and business units, ensuring a well-paced and manageable transition
* Proactively identify and mitigate potential roadblocks to ensure the successful adoption of the new sales methodology
* Gather feedback on curriculum effectiveness and iterate on designs for continuous improvement
