**The Opportunity**
This position works in Zona Franca Coyol, Alajuela, in the Division of CRM, Cardiac Rhythm Technologies.
The Sales Operations Specialist plays a crucial role in supporting the Cardiac Rhythm Management Sales Team by assisting with and optimizing sales processes. This position involves activities such as Salesforce order management, error resolution, product rotation, and reporting. The specialist works closely with other cross-functional team members, ensuring compliance to standardized processes and efficient process management.
**What You’ll Do**
+ Develop and maintain understanding of Sales Operations processes, other key functional area processes, as well as various IT systems used in support of the sales force.
+ Create and distribute sales reporting and analytics by product, customer, and geography.
+ Understanding & training ability to utilizing SAP & Salesforce technology.
+ Develops strong, positive working relationships with Sales Operations team members, Customer Service team members, Quality team members, Field Sales Representatives and Managers, and other personnel this position will interact with on a daily basis.
+ Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop project requirements, scope, and execute on project delivery.
+ Remains current on developments in field(s) of expertise, regulatory requirements, as well as industry trends. Remains abreast of technical advancements.
**Shift Administrative [From Monday to Friday]**
**Required Qualifications**
+ High School Bachelor Degree
+ One year of experience in a Sales Operations or Customer Service role
+ Requires Microsoft Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Word application expertise.
+ Excellent written business communication and verbal presentation skills are essential.
+ Fully Bilingual (English and Spanish)
**Preferred Qualifications**
+ Experience in the biotech, bio-instruments or medical devices industries
+ Experience working in a broader enterprise/cross-division business unit model preferred.
