Sales Operations Senior Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Manager, Sales Operations to support the Yahoo Ads International business, based in London. This role is crucial in optimizing sales processes, driving efficiency, and supporting our international sales teams in achieving their targets.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement sales operations strategies for international markets, acting as the main POC for sales on related business operations.Support the development and implementation of sales tools and technologies, acting as the main POC for sales during rollout processes.Execute strategic initiatives and projects in partnership with senior team members to drive business growth and efficiency.Identify operational challenges, develop comprehensive solutions, and lead implementation efforts with executive oversight.Design and optimize scalable workflows that enhance sales operations, focusing on efficiency, clarity, and accuracy.Support senior leadership in managing critical business functions including sales incentives, quota management, OKR tracking, expense management, resources allocation, and performance analytics.

QualificationsBachelor’s degree requiredDeep experience in digital media or operations management, with a specific focus on display/performance advertisingExperience supporting sales teams in an operational capacityProven track record of successful partnership with executive leadershipDemonstrated ability to influence and drive results across multiple stakeholder groups

The compensation for this position ranges from $110,625.00 - $230,625.00/yr and will vary depending on factors such as your location, skills and experience.The compensation package may also include incentive compensation opportunities in the form of discretionary annual bonus or commissions.
