Job Description SummaryThe S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) Supply Planner will require an experienced professional able to facilitate and drive results in a fast-paced supply environment, leveraging strong interpersonal and leadership skills. This role will be instrumental in leading the rollout and implementation of the Nuclear business level Sales and Operations Planning process. Essential Responsibilities
As the S&OP Demand & Supply Planner you will:Be responsible for the development of standardized processes within Supply/capacity planning to optimize the utilization of business resources and meet strategic business plans.On a monthly basis, lead the S&OP Materials Supply Reviews, prepare all data and metrics for review, identify gaps and scenarios that must be presentedCollaborate with business level, product line and commercial leadership teams to build and develop supply forecasts and capacity models (6-24+months)Maintain a long-range capacity models that support GEH Long Range Business Plans (1-5 years)Interact with sales, marketing, and finance to understand and align on supply forecast drivers. Coordinates cross-functional discussions to document and challenge Demand & Supply Plan assumptions and refine the capacity model.Utilize a collaborative and consensus approach to obtain and align on accurate information to be used for supply forecasts.Recommend and implement improvements in materials management processes and proceduresDrive a culture of rigor around supply planning processesOwn the execution of the Supply Planning function, accountable for ongoing improvement in materials resource utilizationIdentify and communicate materials resource gaps and provide input to the supply planning team for coordination and development of inventory strategiesLead continuous improvement efforts to advance the supply planning and forecasting process capabilitiesMaintain, enhance, or recommend implementation of technology to manage the supply forecasting process.Support leadership by providing detailed ad-hoc analysis as needed to assist in driving the business unit supplyRequired Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics Engineering, Business Administration, International Business, International Logistics, or related fields.Minimum 5 years of industry experience.ERP experience.Advanced English proficiency.Desired Characteristics:
