Under close supervision, responsible for the market level forecasting of targets and fill rate achievement. Assists more senior Demand Planners to maximize account sales and inventory turns by forecasting consumer demand and developing optimal product assortments and replenishment inventory strategies. Learning role with 1 to 2 years of experience.The position is responsible for managing the company’s sales and operations planning process, which involves creating and executing plans that optimize the production, inventory & distribution of goods and services. Works closely with sales, operations and the finance teams to drive consensus decisions related to conflicting preferences of the supply and demand side of the supply chain. The S&OP analyst will help drive the process and lead the Demand and Supply review as part of the monthly SIOP.
