Our Shockwave Medical portfolio aims to establish a new standard of care for medical device treatment of atherosclerotic cardiovascular disease through its differentiated and proprietary local delivery of sonic pressure waves for the treatment of calcified plaque. **Position Overview** As the Sales Operations Manager focused on Forecasting and Market Modeling, you will play a pivotal role in enabling strategic, data-driven decisions during a period of increasing competitive intensity and market evolution. This position requires strong forecasting capabilities, robust modeling skills, and close cross-functional collaboration to anticipate commercial trends and support proactive market strategies. You will lead revenue and demand forecasting, scenario planning, and competitive readiness modeling across international markets to support business growth and resilience. **Key Responsibilities** + Own and lead revenue forecasting and demand planning activities, ensuring alignment across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain functions. + Support Long-Range Forecasting (LRF), Annual Operating Plan (AOP), and Strategic Plan (Strat Plan) reviews with data-driven insights and forecast scenarios. + Develop and maintain advanced market models to assess the impact of competitive entries, pricing shifts, product launches and evolving customer behavior. + Conduct scenario and sensitivity analyses to guide commercial strategy, product positioning, and investment decisions. + Partner with regional teams to integrate competitor intelligence and market dynamics into planning models. + Collaborate cross-functionally to refine go-to-market strategies and resource deployment in anticipation of changing market landscapes. + Track forecast accuracy and refine inputs continuously to improve model robustness and business reliability. + Support reporting and dashboard initiatives in Power BI and Salesforce to support transparency and timely decision-making. + Train and support field and functional stakeholders in using forecasting tools and interpreting market modeling outputs. **Requirements** + Strong background in revenue forecasting, demand planning, or commercial analytics within a matrixed, multinational organization. + Experience with market modeling, scenario planning, or competitive analysis in complex B2B environments; MedTech industry experience preferred. + Advanced proficiency with Power BI, Excel, and Salesforce.com; experience with planning tools such as Adaptive Planning is a plus. + Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to simplify complexity and communicate insights clearly. + Fluency in English; additional European language(s) a plus. + Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Economics, or related field; Master’s degree preferred. + Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. + Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset. **Classification:** This position is assigned in the non-tariff area.
