**Location: Milwaukee, WI- Red Beacon**

**Join our team as a Sales Operations Manager!** Your mission is to drive operational excellence, scale business processes, and deliver innovative solutions to foster growth and ensure total account ownership of our End User Partner Programs. With a relentless improvement and extreme ownership mindset, you'll enhance the user experience for our field sales teams and external partners, achieving both company and financial targets.
**You’ll be DISRUPTIVE through these duties and responsibilities:**
+ **Collaborate with sales leaders** to define program vision and strategies that align with sales goals and company objectives
+ **Leverage analytics** to measure, prepare, and present program performance updates to key stakeholders
+ **Engage with key stakeholders** to understand pain points, identify opportunities, and lead continuous improvement initiatives that drive program growth and scalability
+ **Ensure operational excellence** throughout the entire End User Partner Program lifecycle, from partner initiation to servicing
+ **Manage data collection and quality** to enable informed and effective decision-making
+ **Lead a high-performing Sales Operations team** by providing clear direction and prioritizing tasks to drive results
**The TOOLS** **you’ll** **bring with you:**
+ Minimum of 3+ years in sales operations or a related field
+ Excellent leadership and team management skills
+ Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, marketing, or a related field
+ Must be available to work onsite at the office 4-5 days a week
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Power BI, and/or similar analytic tools, CRM software and sales automation tools
+ Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
+ Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
+ Ability to collaborate effectively with other departments and upper management
+ Innovative problem solver with a strong sense of urgency
