In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Support Sales Channel Strategy and work with different sales channels (regional sales and digital sales) to ensure alignment and proper deployment of any tools or processes. Drive customer and account segmentation tools, strategies, and processes. Implement CRM requirements, dashboards, integration, and adoption. Drive CRM territory allocation for the sales channel in coordination with sales and the CRM enterprise team. Effectively manage the lead process from lead to PO, including all necessary supporting systems and strategies. Create tools and datasets that can be used to monitor and optimize the sales pipeline and funnel, ensuring accurate forecasting and timely deal closures. Organize Sales Training (plan and coordinate with internal and external providers and participants). Analyze sales data and metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement throughout the sales pipeline.Who You Are:

For This Role, You Will Need:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience in sales operations or a similar role, preferably with a focus on customer acquisition and retention. Excellent understanding of sales processes, methodologies, and CRM systems. Proficiency in using sales and data analytics tools, CRM systems, and the Microsoft Office Suite. Knowledge of industry, market trends, and competitive landscape. Ability to travel up to 20% of the time, sometimes internationally.Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
