The Sales Operations Manager will collaborate with leaders and develop incredible relationships with colleagues who share your interest in connecting the unconnected. Your Impact:
* Executive Communication: be able to take the quantitative insights and explain the insights in a digestible way to key stakeholders to drive action
* Cross-Functional Interaction: Proactively interact with cross-functional teams to better understand strengths and opportunities in the business, while aligning to action
* Aid in driving compensation planning, ensuring a balanced approach to driving the right behaviors aligned to fiscal year strategies and business priorities
* Establish a two-way relationship with each of the business leaders on their needs, assessing commonalities, and deliver the readiness and insights they need to grow
* Be fact-based and hands on with data and analysis where needed while also utilizing existing standard methodologies wherever possible
