¿Te apasiona liderar equipos en campo y garantizar la excelencia en la ejecución en punto de venta? Estamos buscando a nuestro(a) Gerente para Operaciones de Venta quien liderará nuestro programa Perfect Store, asegurando una ejecución impecable y estratégica en tiendas clave, mediante el liderazgo de un equipo de promotoría a nivel nacional.
Responsable de guiar e implementar la estrategia de ejecución en tiendas bajo el programa Perfect Store, garantizando la visibilidad, disponibilidad y cumplimiento de estándares de ejecución de nuestros productos en el canal moderno y conveniencia. Será responsable de liderar la estrategia AMPS (Surtido, Merchandising, Precio y Exhibición).
**In this role, you will:**
**1. Estrategia y ejecución del programa Perfect Store – 30%**
+ Diseñar e implementar estrategias de ejecución en el punto de venta.
+ Establecer estándares de visibilidad, disponibilidad y ejecución por formato de tienda.
**2. Liderazgo del equipo de mercaderistas – 20%**
+ Supervisar, capacitar y motivar al equipo nacional de mercaderistas.
+ Establecer objetivos de desempeño y planes de mejora continua.
**3. Monitoreo y evaluación de desempeño en tienda – 20%**
+ Analizar indicadores clave: disponibilidad, ejecución, planogramas y calidad de implementación.
+ Identificar áreas de oportunidad y colaborar con equipos comerciales en planes correctivos.
**4. Negociación y gestión de relaciones con clientes – 20%**
+ Mantener relaciones estratégicas con autoservicios, tiendas de conveniencia y distribuidores.
+ Negociar espacios adicionales y oportunidades de visibilidad en PDV.
**5. Innovación y mejora continua – 10%**
+ Explorar nuevas tendencias y herramientas tecnológicas para optimizar la ejecución.
+ Implementar soluciones digitales para mejorar la eficiencia del equipo.

**What we look for:**
+ Supervisar y gestionar el gasto promocional mensual, por campaña y anual.
+ Analizar resultados post-evento y medir el ROI de las actividades promocionales por canal, región, cliente y SKU.
+ Asegurar el cumplimiento del presupuesto y la eficiencia en la inversión comercial.
+ **10 años de experiencia** liderando equipos de merchandising y ejecución comercial.
+ Historial comprobado en implementación de estrategias AMPS a nivel nacional.
+ Capacidad para desarrollar e implementar planes de ejecución y evaluación estandarizados (ej. sistema de calificación diaria por tienda).
+ Conocimiento del canal moderno en México: autoservicio, conveniencia y comportamiento del consumidor.
+ Experiencia en lanzamientos de producto y colaboración con áreas como marketing, cadena de suministro y finanzas.
+ Habilidades en análisis financiero, planificación estratégica y uso de insights del consumidor para la toma de decisiones.
+ Capacidad de liderazgo, gestión de equipos de alto rendimiento y enfoque en resultados.
**Educación**
+ Licenciatura en Administración, Ventas, Mercadotecnia o experiencia equivalente.
