If you’re a passionate and creative Sales Ops leader with a strong technical background and experience with effective sales systems, including Salesforce, Genesys, analytics, and compensation, then we want to hear from you!  

 

When you join our team, you will create and shape compensation plans affecting thousands of employees, lead a team of cutting-edge analysts to build transformational data and analytics solutions, direct effective Salesforce development and sales cadences, and apply the scientific method to empower our sales operations.  

 

Given the highly technical nature of this role, you must have extensive experience with analytics, visualization tools like Tableau, data environments including AWS & SQL and hands-on work with Salesforce. Knowledge of Genesys and effective compensation models will also help you build systems that drive results.  

 

You will also be responsible for the day-to-day management and overall administration of our budgets, forecasts, and incentives, including development, implementation and administration of sales compensation plans within multiple markets.

  Job Duties

ANALYTICS 
Lead a team of analysts to continually deliver value to our business partners by adding to, refining, and delivering items from our backlog. Whether you use KanBan, Scrum, or other frameworks, ensure your team is quickly and continuously delivering value and is optimized to maintain an indefinite pace.  

 

Work with various teams to optimize the effectiveness of our systems, including Salesforce, Genesys, POS, and others. Maintain a focus on outcomes and ensure the effect of your recommendations achieves desired results.  

 

 

BUDGETING / FORECASTING/ FINANCIAL ANALYSIS 
Review and recommend direction for financial and capital expenditure decisions of the business unit to assess profitability and alignment with business objectives. 
 
Responsible for budgeting and reconciliation, forecasting, cost/benefit analyses, as well as goal setting and allocation for the business unit. Analyze profitability and make ongoing recommendations to ensure profitability targets are met. 
 
Ensure achievement of organizational financial objectives through effective revenue/expense budgeting, forecasting and reconciliation. 
 

COMPENSATION PLAN DEVELOPMENT AND ADMINISTRATION 
Develop, implement and administer sales incentive compensation plans across multiple ACE markets in collaboration with Human Resources, Finance, Information Systems and the Office of the General Counsel to ensure effective design and administration of plan components as well as compliance with organizational and regulatory requirements. 
 
Analyze compensation plan results and identify areas of concern or opportunity for improved alignment with organizational objectives and budgeted compensation spend. Attend Compensation Committee meetings and provide input on various compensation proposals across ACE. 
 
Responsible for all aspects of calculating compensation for agents, management, and other business unit employees on incentive or commission plans. 

 

EXECUTIVE CONSULTATION  
Consult and advise executive staff and other businesses on strategies for improving business financial results. 
 
Serve as the business subject matter expert on a wide range of key areas such employee compensation, finance, marketing, systems, call center telephone systems, compliance, competitive landscape, external vendors, and more. 
 
Direct and coordinate special projects that cross multiple business lines and multiple ACE markets. Apply advanced project management techniques, determine appropriate analytical approaches and develop project plans and define objective deliverables to improve performance of the business across multiple markets. Initiate and chair meetings for the business in pursuit of these objectives.  

 

BUSINESS PERFORMANCE ANALYSIS / COMPETITIVE ANALYSIS 
 
Responsible for the development and implementation of strategic initiatives in support of organizational objectives. Manage all aspects of strategic initiatives including research, scope, requirements, analysis, costs/benefits, communication mediums, implementation and tracking of results on behalf of the business. 
 
Responsible for the development and implementation of short and long term business plans necessary for guiding and evolving the business to achieve long term business goals as well as achievement of day to day business requirements. 
 
Drive positive business results through development, creation, and implementation of standardized, effective and uniform operating procedures, business planning, management reporting, audit / compliance programs, expense management, and oversight of all administrative and operational functions in the business across multiple ACE markets. 
 
Develop, implement, and monitor standardized reporting so executives and sales management can make informed business decisions in pursuit of production goal attainment and the satisfaction of compliance and procedural objectives developed by this position. 

 

LEADERSHIP  
 
Oversees high level analytical staff engaged in business performance analysis, budgeting, ad-hoc analysis, incentive calculations, and other statistical and research projects in support of the business unit. 
 
Hire, train, and supervise staff. Develop goals and conduct performance appraisals. Approve and initiate salary increases, promotions, terminations, and other changes in employee status. Advocate employee development through ongoing monitoring, coaching and training to ensure all staff are current on any changes in organizational policies and procedures.  May also oversee Work Force Management to ensure optimate scheduling to achieve desired service objectives while adhering to wage and hour requirements.  

 

 
Qualifications 

Bachelors Equivalent combination of education and experience 

4-6 years Progressively increasing responsibility in an area such as financial analysis, business performance, operations management, sales management or similar scope. Required 

2-4 years Experience with Salesforce, especially with lead management, sales cadences, and effective implementations  

Experience with Genesys, including use of analytics, optimization, and integrations preferred 

Financial analysis skills including proven ability to accurately compile, analyze, and provide reporting for large quantities of complex data required. 

Advanced professional verbal and written communication skills required. 

Proficiency in SQL, AWS, and visualization with Tableau required. 

General organizational and time management skills as well as the ability to multitask and meet project deadlines as set by executive management required. 

Proven interpersonal skills working in a team environment required. 

Ability to delegate and oversee projects and assignments to other employees. 

Advanced ability to express complex technical concepts in terms non-technical people can understand required. 

Advanced presentation skills and the ability to interface with executive and senior management required.

The starting pay range for this position is:

$129,400.00 - $172,000.00
