A day in the life.
The Sales Operations Lead will work cross-departmentally with Business Units, Operations, Finance, and others to operationalize key initiatives that will help optimize the sales process, drive efficiency and productivity across the sales organization, and ultimately grow the business. The Sales Operations is adept technically, strong operationally, collaborative in nature, and skilled at project management. While certain aspects of the role require structured approaches, other areas will benefit from creative, innovative thinking.
As our Sales Operations Lead, you’ll
Oversee the regional Salesforce Platform implementation.Track and analyzes results to identify opportunities for sales process improvement.Manages the alignment strategy of BoB’s transfers (Aspirational)Works with Sales Operations Assistant to conduct quarterly audits on new revenue reports.Serve as a liaison between Sales, Operations and Finance to ensure alignment.Prepare sales-related revenue reports to aid the Finance Department in forecasting.Oversee the distribution and training of the regional sales resources.Generate and maintain leaderboards/dashboards, reporting, and analysis.Leverage the sales training data to identify level of impact on business development skills.Partner with Finance to ensure accurate Cross-Functional revenue sharing and credit allocation.Manage incentive plans for regional initiatives and programs.Oversee usage and impact of various regional sales tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Engage, miEdge, ZoomInfo, etc.Partner with L&D team to develop sales learning paths to effectively onboard and assimilate new Sales hires.Lead and/or actively participate in the planning and execution of Regional Sales Strategies and initiatives.Work with Sales Operations Assistant and Sales Leadership to prepare for regional sales meetings, including setting agendas, providing data analysis, and overseeing the preparation of content and materials.Provide executive level support as needed for national programs.Knowledgeable in Competitive Intel to proactively provide insight to sales teamParticipates in National and regional projects that directly impact the region.Gather routine sales team feedback and identify key themes and recommendations to improve programs and effectiveness of meetings.Partner with Product Data Management to develop and execute sales strategies, monitor/track results, and analyze impact on business results.Our future colleague.
We’d love to meet you if your professional track record includes these skills:
High school diploma or equivalent.Minimum 3+ years’ experience in a business-to-business sales organization.Proficient Knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.Strong analytical skills, including critical thinking, data analysis, and research.Big picture thinker sees the whole value chain of the customer experience.Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills.Ability to collaborate cross-functionally.These additional qualifications are a plus, but not required to apply:
