We have around 10,000 sales people across the world, within market roles and ranging in areas like Field Sales, Key Accounts, Trade Marketing and Category Development. **About the role** As Sales Operations Manager at Reckitt, your role is pivotal in propelling our sales teams towards excellence. You'll have the reins to not only enrich our sales strategies but also to connect deeply with market needs and ensure our products and messages resonate with our customers. Join us, and let's excel together in delivering sales skills that makes an impact. **Your responsibilities** + Lead forecasting process and tools (Accelerate, Monthly Sales), S&OP, promotional quotas to ensure all process in working and minimize deviation. Have a proactive attitude to identify risks/issues. + Coordinates monthly and quarterly reports delivery, as well as others on demand. + Supervises daily reports delivery to sales people, marketing and finance. + Coordinates information recap, Price lists’ creation and maintenance. + Issues price lists and delivers them to sales force team and customer service, ensuring all information is centralized and updated for everyone all the time. + Develops new ideas to improve orders work flow. + Supervises SAP (OAS, Fast SKU and Accelerate data maintenance (new products, portfolio maintenance). + Coordinates Siebel’s support, sales force training programs. **The experience we're looking for** + Educated to minimum bachelor degree level ideally in a business related to subject – from a recognized University, with specific knowledge in sales. + The business language in EH is English; therefore, fluency in this language is essential.
