Design and execute comprehensive business planning frameworks including goal-setting, forecasting, and performance tracking mechanisms. Translate complex data analysis into actionable insights and deliverables for strategic decision-making. Participate in full business planning cycles, managing end-to-end operational processes from planning through implementation and measurement. Partner with senior leadership to deliver operational excellence and process optimization. Produce comprehensive business analysis, reports, and executive presentations. Coordinate cross-functional initiatives with Sales, Marketing, Legal, and Finance stakeholders. Evaluate and implement improvements to business systems, tools, and processes.
