Millennium Lighting is now hiring for an exciting opportunity as a Sales Operations Coordinator! The Sales job family merchandises, promotes and sells the company's products, and services to customers. General areas of responsibility include developing and implementing sales strategies; identifying potential customers; managing existing customer and vendor relationships; and monitoring customer and competitor activity and industry trends.

Responsibilities:Respond to emails and phone calls regarding Millennium Lighting and RP Lighting orders and concernsResolution via email, order entry or phone callUsing multiple systems to enter orders, while obtaining resolutionsIdentify and assess customer needs to provide tailored assistance and resolve issues effectivelyAssisting with other methods or line of business according to the business needsPerforming according to the Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) of the businessMaintaining high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing complaints and inquiriesCollaborating with ither departments to ensure seamless communication and service deliveryMaintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers alwaysKnowledge of products to allow us to effectively answer our customers questionsQualifications:Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferredPrior call center experience with inbound and outbound calls along with responding to emails effectively is preferredIndustry experience is a plusDemonstrated ability to act with compassion and empathyAbility to maintain a high level of professional communication at all levelsAble to handle multiple systems at once to gain an effective resolution for our customers

Pay Range:

$19.47 - $31.74

Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.

This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
