Job Title: Sales Operations Business Partner Senior Specialist 

Location: Newtown Square, PA

Purpose and Objective:   

SAP America, Inc. seeks a Sales Operations Business Partner Senior Specialist at our Newtown Square, PA location to act as consultant and change agent to drive the right behaviors into the field, focusing on simplification, structure, and business impact.  

 

Expectations and Tasks:  

Understand the business in terms of field requirements and operational processes to enable the successful alignment between the two for efficient execution. Plan priorities, positioning the change, and collaborate with the Centers of Expertise on rollout and enablement. Accelerate decision-making, interpret information, leverage insights, and utilize the right tools to provide strategic insight or guidance to sales leaders. Create a close-loop between Center of Expertise and Field: Provide feedback, share requirements, highlight concerns, opportunities and successes. Volunteer the business area and/or geography to incubate processes or tools. Establish accountability for effective end-to-end execution including the collaboration with Managed or shared Services as well as other related teams within SAP. Understand the stakeholders and enable a one-team approach for greater transparency and impact, expanding process standards to other lines of the business when of benefit. It may also closely collaborate with HR, Finance, and Marketing. 

 

Education and Occupational Experience:  

Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Technology or a related field of study and six (6) years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or related occupation. Alternatively, a Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Technology or a related field of study and four (4) years of experience in the job offered or related occupation. 

 

Qualifications/Skills and Competencies Experience:  

Experience must involve four (4) years in the following:  

 

Data Science and Analytics; 

Data Visualization and dashboarding; 

Strategy and Planning Operations; 

Sales Analytics and Operations; and 

Programming and tooling, including Python, R, SQL and MS Excel.

Compensation Range Transparency: The annual base salary range for this position is $128,253 - $149,600. SAP believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAP’s commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is $128,253 - $170,000. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process.
