Responsibilities:
Process all customer orders via the online ordering system, EDI, or manually, in compliance with financial controls and process guidelines. This includes changes and cancellations.

Collaborate with the pricing team to correct pricing discrepancies on orders.

Communicate with customers via email and phone to handle questions before, during, and after the order process.

Work with the Planning and Operations departments to provide customers with information on lead times, product availability, and shipping details (tracking, proof of delivery, damaged goods).

Coordinate with the field sales team and customers to resolve expedite requests and ensure a consistent plan is in place to meet commitments.

Manage the delivery and registration of all non-tangible or virtual items, such as licenses, leases, and services.

Query the company database for product specifics, including weight, origin, size, and serial numbers.

Process all RMAs (Return Merchandise Authorizations) and ZDIs (Zero Defect Initiatives) according to established instructions and guidelines.

Set up automated customer reports and generate other standard reports as requested.

Take on other projects and assignments to accommodate the changing needs of the department.

Working hours: Various Shifts Available

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for professional interactions with customers, executives, and sales teams.

Personal Attributes: Must be self-motivated, detail-oriented, able to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and able to prioritize a heavy workload.

Interpersonal Skills: The ability to interact positively and professionally with all levels of management, outside vendors, and coworkers.

Technical Proficiency: Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.
