1. Third-Party Engagement
Manages relationships with external, non-customer partners to promote mutual understanding, facilitate negotiations, ensure requirement fulfillment, and address issues promptly in support of seamless marketing operations.
2. Sales Operations and Administrative Support
Oversees internal coordination and manages the completion of documentation related to customer switching, bidding, and accreditations—ensuring a smooth transition experience while securing all required compliance and documentation.
Maintains internal databases to support marketing analysis, strategic planning, and decision-making.
Develops and implements protocols, workflows, and process improvements to enhance team efficiency in marketing and sales initiatives.
3. Regulatory Reporting and Compliance
Prepares and submits reports to relevant regulatory agencies and ensures all necessary licenses and subscriptions are current to support the uninterrupted operations of the group.
Qualification Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field preferred
