Responsibilities

Manage inventory and new equipment acquisitions.Coordinate shipments and returns for loan-to-contract and demonstration purposes.Coordinate all current loan-to-contract agreements with Commercial and Legal teams.Track and control equipment inventory in collaboration with Planning and Commercial teams.Monitor equipment processes from purchase to local inventory release.Report equipment backorders, negotiate deadlines, and track deliveries.Provide internal support to address potential issues in sales orders.Consolidate Forecast vs. AOP for Brazil's Commercial Leadership team.Support the e-commerce marketing team.Handle customer registration and inquiries about new products.Issue documents for internal and external customers.Submit documents for legal review.Manage the email inbox, ensuring responses within 24 business hours.Enter purchase requisitions for sales team requests.Process monthly payments to suppliers and manage workflow.Verify market prices by submitting three invoices per item.Send weekly reports of open quotes to the sales team.

Requirements
