Sales Operations Analyst (Hybrid)

**_*This position is a hybrid role to our Portage, MI office (3 days/week on-site)_**
This position is responsible for planning, forecasting, and execution of the Medical Trial program. This position will be a business partner to the sales organization, logistical partners, finance, manufacturing, and varying internal partners to enable data-driven decision making and a positive customer experience while ensuring compliance with Stryker inventory policies.
**What you will do**
+ Process trial and demo request in a timely manner, escalating as appropriate to meet the needs of the sales team.
+ Report, analyze, and provide actionable insights on availability and lead times.
+ Advise operations management on disposition of stock and recommend potential actions.
+ Work with Logistics to resolve scheduling conflicts and timely delivery to sales.
+ Coordinate and recommend inventory stocking strategies based on historical data, demand forecasts, and the product life cycle.
+ Interact with operations management on inventory issues.
+ Respond to all requests for information that may come throughout the day, working with other departments as necessary to ensure accuracy.
+ Maintain compliance with the Sunshine Act – Work with Sales Representatives with a focus onlate returns with the intent to retrieve equipment back into the pool.
+ Assist with development of trial and demo strategies that align with organizational goals.
+ Will utilize live sales tools and systems as a super user to support the sales force and sales management.
+ Identify and implement process improvements for end-to-end trials.
+ Oversee EIM enhancement requests and testing.
+ Monitor and correct inventorysync issues between SAP and the 3PL system.
+ Partner with Secondary Market Sales to maintainan efficient trial life cycle.
**What you need**
+ Bachelor’s degree in business management or a related field
+ Experience with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint are required.
**Preferred:**
+ Previous ERP experience (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
+ Experience in finance or sales operations setting
