Work Flexibility: Hybrid

*This position is a hybrid role to our Portage, MI office (3 days/week on-site)

​​This position is responsible for planning, forecasting, and execution of the Medical Trial program. This position will be a business partner to the sales organization, logistical partners, finance, manufacturing, and varying internal partners to enable data-driven decision making and a positive customer experience while ensuring compliance with Stryker inventory policies.  ​ 

What you will do

Process trial and demo request in a timely manner, escalating as appropriate to meet the needs of the sales team.Report, analyze, and provide actionable insights on availability and lead times. Advise operations management on disposition of stock and recommend potential actions. Work with Logistics to resolve scheduling conflicts and timely delivery to sales. Coordinate and recommend inventory stocking strategies based on historical data, demand forecasts, and the product life cycle. Interact with operations management on inventory issues. Respond to all requests for information that may come throughout the day, working with other departments as necessary to ensure accuracy. Maintain compliance with the Sunshine Act – Work with Sales Representatives with a focus on late returns with the intent to retrieve equipment back into the pool. Assist with development of trial and demo strategies that align with organizational goals. Will utilize live sales tools and systems as a super user to support the sales force and sales management. Identify and implement process improvements for end-to-end trials.  Oversee EIM enhancement requests and testing.  Monitor and correct inventory sync issues between SAP and the 3PL system.  Partner with Secondary Market Sales to maintain an efficient trial life cycle.  

What you need

Bachelor’s degree in business management or a related field Experience with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.  Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint are required. 

Preferred:

Previous ERP experience (SAP, Oracle, etc.)Experience in finance or sales operations setting

Travel Percentage: 10%
