Job Summary:
The Sales Operations Analyst supports the systems, tools, and processes that power the Sales and Deal Desk teams. This role bridges daily execution with strategic improvement—building dashboards, analyzing patterns, and contributing to projects that improve accuracy, speed, and the sales representative experience.
Working alongside Sales, Finance, Legal, and Revenue Operations, the Analyst ensures data integrity, assists with the contract and ticket queue, and supports implementation of new tools and workflows. The ideal candidate is curious, fluent in Salesforce, and excited to improve how things work—without losing sight of what needs to get done today.
This role is a key contributor within the Sales Operations function and reports to the Manager, Sales Operations.
Responsibilities:
Build and maintain dashboards in Salesforce to support rep performance, sales forecasting, pipeline hygiene, and campaign tracking. Support daily management of SalesOps HUD dashboards and contribute to the resolution of support tickets related to opportunities, accounts, ownership, and disposition errors. Assist with contract processing and document generation in Conga and Salesforce CPQ, escalating complex scenarios as needed. Conduct routine audits of Salesforce data to identify and resolve hygiene issues, including ownership mismatches and duplicate records. Analyze post-rollout adoption of sales tools (e.g., Rev.io, Rattle, Revenue.io) and recommend areas for optimization. Identify friction in sales workflows and help translate anecdotal issues into data-backed improvements. Document processes, share insights, and contribute to a library of playbooks and standard operating procedures. Support tactical implementation of GTM projects led by Sales Operations or Revenue Operations leadership. Other duties as assigned.

Two years of experience in a Sales, Sales Operations, or Revenue Operations role. Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM (as power user or admin). Strong proficiency in Excel and Microsoft applications. Excellent documentation habits and attention to detail.
Preferred:
Experience with Conga, Salesforce CPQ, or DemandTools. Familiarity with sales engagement tools (Revenue.io, Outreach, Salesloft). Exposure to AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, OpenAI, Claude) and interest in automation. SaaS or healthcare technology experience is a plus.Maximum budgeted salary:
