About Smart Infrastructure – Electrification and Automation:
The Utility Systems & Solutions business within Siemens’ Electrification & Automation (EA) unit focuses on growing and advancing EA's Utility and Engineering Procurement and Construction (EPC) markets. The comprehensive product portfolio includes medium voltage switchgear (AIS & GIS), outdoor circuit breakers, MV control, power equipment centers, overhead distribution products, low voltage motor control centers, photovoltaic (PV) inverters, and supplementary MV and LV products. These offerings are integrated into complete electrical packaged solutions for utility distribution systems, substations, power plants, and renewable energy projects.
We are looking for a Sales Operations Analyst to join our team! This analyst drives the utility business sales strategy by aligning the needs of the sale team and related selling tools to the overall go-to-market (GTM) strategy. They will lead the technical efforts of matching technology with the needs of the sales team and customers to optimize the utilization of the processes (account, pipeline, territory, quote). The analyst will valuate processes using important measurements, educate users, and provide training to improve sales tools. Lastly, the candidate will build and maintain the training documentation on the tools and processes to support CRM adoption and standard methodologies.
The Sales Operations Analyst will also be involved in technology-related projects, working closely with IT to ensure all Utility sales requirements are documented and fully delivered to optimize the user experience and facilitate a more efficient selling experience.
This is a hybrid role located in Wendell NC. (Relocation assistance is not available for this opportunity.)

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine and standardize sales processes, ensuring alignment with business goals. Continuous Improvement:
Find opportunities for operational efficiency and lead initiatives to improve sales productivity and data quality throughout the business. Sales Enablement & Training:
Develop and deliver training materials to support CRM adoption, sales process understanding, and standard methodologies. Best Practices:
Drive and support cross-functional implementation of projects with a focus on business excellence and process improvement measured through critical metrics.

Basic Qualifications:
Salesforce certifications in one or more areas of expertise including administration. 10+ years of experience in sales and business operations with at least 2 years of professional data analytics. Thorough understanding of the selling processes used within Salesforce. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Ability to travel domestically and internationally 10% of the time. Ability to work in the U.S. without the need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorizationPreferred Qualifications:

An annual incentive target also is part of the compensation package for this position.
