Sales Operations Administrator of Engine Sales team
Supports sales force through reporting, system administration and internal & external data analyses by executing and supporting selected activities under limited supervision. **Key Responsibilities:** **Financial Closing:** + Manage monthly/quarterly closing and reporting. + Handle tax invoices and SVC PO. + Send necessary documents to customers. + Report sales discrepancies. + Manage invoicing, A/R, and inventory. **AR / Past Due Management:** + Update cash receipts and A/R daily. + Manage promise notes and offset AP. + Inform team of past due statuses. + Reconcile A/R monthly with CBS finance. + Report A/R collections. **Movex Operation:** + Input customer orders in program called Movex. + Perform monthly closing and analyze sales data. + Support business planning and marketing. + Compile internal sales reports. + Manage orders and inventory. **Salesforce Operation:** + Review local Korean team opportunities within the program Salesforce. + Salesforce analysis and review of sales for each sales member in the Korean team **Administrative Duties:** + Manage contracts, invoices, and documents. + Update customer profiles. + Support marketing and planning. + Maintain sales support materials. + Perform tasks as requested by the manager. **Safety:** + Ensure health and safety of self and others. + Report incidents and hazards. + Maintain workplace orderliness. + Comply with OHS policies and use PPE. + Participate in safety training and communication. **Qualifications** n/a **Responsibilities** **Competencies:** 1. Possesses listening and written communication skills. May not have sufficient opportunities to demonstrate all skills.
