Job Summary:
Support the Ventilation Sales Operations team in integrating and cleaning customer and product databases across multiple ERP systems and CRM systems. With the support of the Sales Operations Manager, use defined methodologies to identify duplicative customers, designate customers by industry and group related customers. Support further administrative tasks across the Global Sales Ops group related to data cleansing and system integration. The ideal candidate will be comfortable performing detailed administrative tasks that require persistence and accuracy, the majority of the work will be Excel and Office 365 based.
Essential Functions:
With guidance from Sales Ops Manager: Create offline customer database, combining data from multiple ERP systems to be used as reference point for reporting and further integrations activities.
Match and reconcile customers across multiple systems.
Assign customers to the correct industries based on business rules and data sources.
Identify customer parent child relationships
Aid the development of customer hierarchy.
Support system integration projects
Facilitate mapping Ventilation products between different company product hierarchies and classifications
Report out regularly on progress of customer database & product hierarchy
Support Sales Ops team in wider administrative tasks related to integrations and reporting
Skills Requirements:
High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
Ability to work independently on repetitive or manual data tasks
Adaptable and quick to learn new methods
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Proficiency in Excel, Powerpoint and further Office365
Required/Preferred Education and Experience:
Bachelor's Degree preferred, not required
Fluent in English
