Job Description
- Manage the relationship with existing customers
- Order management (Creating order confirmations based on customer purchase orders. Incoming inquiries and orders has to be checked and handled in self organisation for products of the market area.)
- Creating Pricelists in SAP
- Creating the rebate agreements
- Open, tracking & closing complaints
- Creation of quotations
- Supporting the sales planning, Forecast and the payment overdues by customers
- Support the Regional Sales and KAM
Qualifications- commercial education or refering job experience > 5 years
- business english, mandatory german
- excellent communication skills
- SAP skills
- MS Office skills
