Overview of the Role:
As a part of our Sales Support Group, you will play a critical role in enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of our sales operations. This position is tailored for a proactive, detail-oriented individual who is eager to support our sales team in achieving their targets. You will manage various administrative tasks, including matrix ownership, accrual submissions, and performance tracking. Your work will directly impact our ability to streamline processes, improve communication, and ultimately drive revenue growth. How Success Looks Like:
Matrix Ownership:
+ Train the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) on the matrix management system.
+ Maintain and update the Matrix Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to ensure compliance with company standards.
+ Be responsible for the Payment Tracker to monitor and report payment statuses and discrepancies.
Accrual Submission and Tracking:
+ Handle the accrual submission process, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
+ Track and reconcile accruals to ensure alignment with financial reporting requirements.
Performance Tracking:
+ Develop and maintain a Partial Performance Tracker to monitor project progress and performance metrics.
+ Consolidate data from various sources to provide comprehensive reports for management review.
Administrative Support:
+ Provide general administrative support to the team, including scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and handling correspondence.
+ Assist in the preparation of presentations and reports for internal and external team members.
Collaboration:
+ Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather information and ensure alignment on matrix management and performance tracking initiatives.
+ Act as a liaison between different departments to facilitate communication and address any administrative challenges.
Job Qualifications
+ Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
+ 0 to 3 years of experience in sales administrative roles, preferably in a corporate environment.
+ Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
+ Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with database management or tracking systems.
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
+ Meticulous with strong analytical abilities.
+ Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
+ A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
