This senior leadership role within Brown-Forman UK's On Trade & Prestige function is pivotal in developing and executing sales operations processes.
The role isn't just about executing tasks; it is strategically important and it involves designing, implementing, and optimising processes, defining sales cycles, and identifying bottlenecks requiring a strategic, proactive approach.
The role requires significant leadership and Influence, being the UK lead for implementation of On Fashioned tracking and collaborating with the LT, SLT, XLT and EAA teams, demonstrating the need for significant influence and cross-functional team leadership and stakeholder management is explicitly stated.
Crucially, this role demands data-driven decision making with a heavy emphasis on data analysis, forecasting, and providing actionable insights requiring a strong analytical mind and the ability to translate data into business strategy.
**This is a role where you will need to be in the office four days a week and Fridays at home.**
**What You Can Expect**
+ Design and optimize scalable sales processes (lead-to-close) using data, manage call files, refine sales cycles, and develop sales documentation.
+ Lead the UK implementation of "On Fashioned" tracking with EAA and build PICOS for the total channel.
+ Develop, introduce, and track Minimum Execution Standards (MES).
+ Build and maintain dashboards/reports, analyze sales data for trends, providing actionable insights.
+ Conduct in-depth analysis to support strategic decision-making and identify growth opportunities.
+ Collaborate on sales forecasts and annual plans, track forecast accuracy.
+ Administer CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), ensuring data integrity, customizing features, and managing user access.
+ Lead CRM training and adoption initiatives.
+ Assist in designing sales compensation plans, track commissions, and collaborate on quarterly focus plans.
+ Lead the Sales & Business Planning (S&BP) process, manage sales meetings, and oversee sales "lock-ups" and samples process.
**What You Bring to the Table**
+ Strong knowledge of the On Trade and Prestige channels
+ Established internal network of senior stakeholders
+ Extensive experience in project management
+ Significant, progressive sales experience covering a range environments, ability to quickly infer customer and channel needs as well as the ability to unlock insights from data and use them to drive growth with our trade partners
+ Depth of experience setting, tracking and analysing sales teams KPIs and objectives
+ Strong Business Acumen, P&L experience
+ Excellent cross functional skills and demonstrated ability to influence people
