Position Summary
The Sales Onboarding Program Coordinator is responsible for organizing, tracking, and supporting the completion of onboarding training for new sales executives. This role ensures that each new hire progresses through the structured onboarding program including field training, classroom sessions, virtual modules, and independent study – with clarity, accountability, and timely support.
This position serves as a central resource for onboarding-related questions, systems access, and orientation on company policies and processes. The coordinator partners closely with Sales Leadership and People Services to monitor progress, flag concerns, and ensure alignment with performance expectations. Success in this role requires precision, confidence, and the ability to engage strong-minded sales professionals with credibility and clarity.
Essential Responsibilities
Coordinate and maintain onboarding schedules across all learning formats (in-person, virtual, field, independent study) Track individual progress through onboarding milestones and escalate delays or gaps in completion Facilitate orientation sessions covering company policies, systems, and operational expectations Ensure timely access to IT systems, employee self-service platforms, and provide usage guidance Serve as the primary point of contact for onboarding-related questions and troubleshooting Partner with Sales Leadership and People Services to monitor performance and engagement during onboarding Maintain onboarding dashboards, documentation, and reporting for compliance and audit readiness Continuously refine onboarding workflows and communication materials for clarity and operational relevance Deliver confident, clear communication—written and verbal—to diverse audiences, including assertive sales professionals Represent the onboarding function with professionalism, responsiveness, and logistical precision
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Communications, or related field 2–4 years of experience in onboarding coordination, training logistics, or program support—preferably in a sales or operations environment Experience supporting high-performance teams or fast-paced environments preferred Familiarity with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, ADP), LMS platforms, and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce)

Physical & Work Requirements
Ability to sit or stand for extended periods during training sessions or meetings Occasional travel may be required for in-person onboarding or field training coordination Must be able to lift and transport training materials (up to 25 lbs) if needed Hybrid or on-site presence may be required depending on onboarding format
